Overview

The Level 2 Health and Social Care Study Programme helps you to learn the theory and practical skills that you’ll need to work in a care setting. You’ll undertake a substantial work placement to support your learning as part of our Programme.

You’ll learn about human growth and development as well as the all important safeguarding and protection.

Our Programme is supported by maths, English and employability skills study to help you once you’re in work.

You can complete this course to find work in a health and social care role, such as working as a care assistant. You can also go on to Level 3 study to develop your knowledge.

In addition: Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check necessary, A health and social, or childcare placement will be a part of the study programme
