If you want to work in the top salons, you need to able to do more advanced hair styling techniques. The Level 3 Hairdressing Study Programme can improve your prospects of finding work by growing your talents to get you into the best salons.
Teaching you how to work creatively to cut women’s hair, apply colour and colour corrections, and how to come up with avant garde styles, you’ll get the opportunity to work in our new campus salon with the opportunity for wider work experience. The Programme teaches you further maths and English skills. You’ll work on your Employability Skills Passport to increase your practical job skills for the industry.
The course can be the first step in your becoming a senior stylist or running your own salon. Further study can be done with a HNC/D in Hair and Beauty Management.

4 x GCSEs at grade 4(C) or above, including at least 3(D) in English
In addition: Level 2 Diploma in Hairdressing
